Shipping Policy
Valley Miniature Gaming will usually send items within 1-3 business days of being purchased except on Weekends or public holidays. Postage covers tracked delivery via Australia Post. A tracking number will be sent via email. The delivery fee covers delivery to anywhere in Australia and is calculated based on total weight of the order.
Postage Timeframes
Standard Postage: 1-3 business depending on current volume of orders (eg Large Pre-Order fulfilment may effect times)
Express Postage: If order received prior to 2pm (AEST) weekdays then we endeavour to post same day. (This is not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control)
Please note that all items are sent as per Australia Post Insurance (Max $100 plus postage).
Please note that Valley Miniature Gaming or any staff members of this business are not liable for loss/damage of any items. Everything is sent at purchaser’s risk.
Customer Responsibility
Please note that while we make every effort to ship to the correct provided address, it is customer’s responsibility to update and provide the correct address when entering shipping information. If we are notified to change an address post order we will do our best to amend our shipping. However Valley Miniature Gaming takes no responsibility for incorrectly delivered orders.
Please note that due to the terms of some payment vendors (e.g. Paypal Shipping) addresses may be overwritten to match the address attached to the payment vendor account. We will do our best to ship to an amended address in these cases. However the "payment vendor" address must also be updated as per "payment vendor usage terms" otherwise we will not be liable for orders delivered to "old" addresses.
COMBINED ORDERS:
If you wish to combine separate orders for shipping, we will consider doing so on a case-by-case basis where practicality allows. However, Valley Miniature Gaming is not obligated to do so.
